Maintenance Supervisors



Are you looking for a new career opportunity? My clients are West Michigan based companies that are stable and growing.  They range from automotive to alternative energy manufacturers.  We are seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors for several different facilities.  If you meet the requirements below and have the desire to excell, please respond today!



Experience Required:

- Maintenance leadership
- Organizing, planning and implementing programs
- Support preventative, corrective maintenance and continuous improvement
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Budgetary Experience - Service contract and purchasing accountability as well

  as driving improvement of asset productivity, implementation of best practices while

  ensuring safe operations at all levels
- Provide leadership and technical and organization training to hourly union employees in

  existing and new job processes
- Electro-Mechanical Experience PLC programming, retrofitting, and modifications (Allen

  Bradley family of PLCs)

Job Requirements

To be considered for these opportunities you should:

- Have at least 1-year experience in maintenance supervision
- Have 5 years experience in a maintenance field
- Have knowledge of computer systems
- Have experience working with Industrial Controls (PLCs and PCs)
