Campbell MAJOR DUTIES: BackToTop(); Serves as as a Resident Engineer responsible for performing and directing the full range of field and office engineering activities associated with construction operations at the Resident Office. Plans and coordinates work of the Resident Office. Applies an extensive knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods and practices as well as professional knowledge of methods, practices/processes of general/civil/mechanical or electrical engineering and specialized knowledge of science disciplines such as soils/mechanics/hydraulics, theory of structures/strength of materials, etc., with practical knowledge of construction methods and techniques in accomplishing assignments. Construction is performed under rigid completion schedules and requires strict adherence to safety standards. As the Resident Engineer, position is in charge of all field and office engineering functions for projects within the assigned geographic area. Assumes full responsibility of safety programs.
